Wood : Elm
Diameter: 15cm (approximately)
Thickness: 2,5cm (approximately)

The elm is recognizable by its straight trunk, smooth and her fissured bark. Almost all European elms were decimated by a Dutch elm disease, a fungus. We have obviously not cut tree for the manufacture of our products. The wood comes from old stocks that we could recover by luck.

Wood is a living material. The rough edges, marks and slots in the product are normal and are result of our envy. The wood is constantly working, new cracks can appear with the time.
